After waiting over a month for an appointment, they refused to do my MRI because my previous scan was 15 days older than they would have liked. Just cancelled my appointment even though I had a referral and authorization from insurance. Then they made me wait 50 minutes to tell me all they could do is offer to do the additional scan at their facility at another time - anything to make more money I guess! El trato del personal es horroroso. The treatment of the staff is terrible
Amanda was very friendly and professional and explained the whole process to me while prepping me for my MRI. From the start when she took me back she seemed very confident in what she does and that helped ease me. The exam was quick and easy. Everything was done in an efficient time frame... as they promised. I had results of my imaging within 24 business hours! I had a great experience. Thank you Amanda and other staff!
