X ray was down. 1 star because I tried to call and the system said it was walk in only. Tried to talk to an operator, but just rang. Update: After leaving this review I called the number below which went to voicemail. They indicated they would get back to me in 4 hrs. Updating to 2 stars because they reached out, albeit, they cut and pasted the response as it's the same in several other reviews. I'm really hoping they address whatever is happening at this location.

I needed an MRI which I was already nervous about, and I was alone. The receptionist was on a personal phone call through hear AirPods while checking me in, which was pretty uncomfortable, and I tried to make conversation before realizing she was talking to someone else and they could hear me too. Once I was called back, everyone was so nice and talkative which helped my nerves. A female put my IV line in, and then told me to go change. I still had facial jewelry in, earrings, all my clothes.
