How can you schedule a appointment and you still be unable to get seen on time. Tghi make you check in days early and you still sitting 30 passed your appointment time. If I could give negative 10 I would. This is horrible customer service for such a place who supposedly put the patient first.
I waited 1.5 hours and then left. Horrible horrible and waiting and waiting for a long time and after that, I asked for how long i have to wait .. they say oh I get behind .. That’s it That answer.. Nobody careI’m getting there at 6:40 am my appointment 7:10 and 8 am too appointment but none of these get check .. if you think People don’t have nothing to do at home. But sorry OK I’m working .. Read disappoint
Waiting outside for someone to unlock doors. Several people all standing, other employees said to wait for someone to unlock. Why can’t people be on time?
Overall my experience inside was great. However, they are the absolute slowest imaging team to ever provide a read on imaging. I'm sure their radiologists are not on site and probably contractors, but hold them to a higher standard. A week for an MRI read is absolutely crazy.
