I was recently involved in an accident and needed to get some images taken on November 15th. I found the staff at this location to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable and on time. The reason for the negative review: MANY issues with the authorization department. One person in particular. It would be great if someone could contact me from corporate so I can share my many experiences.
Since moving to Florida last year, I have had a few procedures done at Tower Imaging locations. As previous reviews stated, you will be on hold for up to 20 minutes waiting to schedule an appointment and the schedulers are not very knowledgeable and lack professionalism. The staff at the front desk were likewise not very helpful or personable upon arrival for the procedures. I had mixed experiences with the technicians. please explain why their website says open but their phones are turned off? Their service has gone down so I am wondering if this is part of it but I will be very upset if I drive all the way there to find out they are really closed.
The service here has gone down very badly. You have to come 30 mins before your appointment to wait over a hour to be seen. A 9:30 appointment didn't get finished till 10:30 due to them being over a hour behind.
