No one knows what is going on! AT ANY LOCATION. You have an appointment, they cancel without contacting you. If you are walk in… they may be working that day. They may not. Unprofessional and discourteous. I was in the waiting room for more than an hour, and when I inquired why I was 40 minutes past my appointment time was almost immediately told I would have to reschedule because I had the “wrong order”. This after I did my due diligence checking in online and uploading the order, and calling another provider to have my images sent over. This after checking in and having them scan my id and insurance card, a half hour, as requested, before my appointment time and they told me it would be “just... read more
I had 3:15 appointment for MRI. And now is 5:00 and I’m still waiting while the waiting room has no one left.
My wife has appointment at 3:15, the nurse said they’re behind and move her to 4:15. 4:51 and she hasn’t been seen yet. Stop book so many appointments and let people hanging dry.
