Gates do not open when pulling up to them to exit which is a fire hazard. Was delivering and got stuck in property. Reporting to fire marshal.

Pool was green more often than not. Exterior needs some serious cleaning and repair. Trash thrown around the building (bldg 13 with 3 non functioning grills and a bathroom sink sitting outside) for months. Security gate non functioning for weeks. Balconies rotting and cracks in the exterior bring ignored. With an HOA of almost 400/month, you would expect the sink to be carted off at the minimum. I will not be renewing my lease.
