I am an TACP and anyone that knows how strenuous that career field is knows how important Fitness is. I live down in the savannah area and was traveling up to Newnan to visit family. It's very difficult trying to find places to work out especially CrossFit boxes. I decided to swing by Tower Place CrossFit to see if I could get a quick workout in.
