Need Meds? Avoid Tower Pharmacy... My father had a major surgery on his spine and the hospital he was staying at sent Tower Pharmacy multiple prescriptions to fill crucial medications BEFORE he was discharged. Their hours on Fridays are 9 AM - 6 PM. I tried to reach them but they NEVER answered my calls from 5:20 PM until closing time. I have no idea why the people on the phone are so rude. I asked if they had my prescription and they just said no. They didn’t ask for my name or anything, and then they said well we know you’re Thomas from your phone, but that’s not me, that’s just someone who must have had my phone number before me.
