"They are damn thieves, scammers, and irresponsible. I had to get 2 MRIs done, and first, they canceled it because they didn't check the paperwork and supposedly couldn't find the names. They rescheduled the appointment, but the second time, they canceled it because they didn't call the insurance on time. The third time, the insurance didn't approve the MRIs. I made a reservation for 8 am. I arrive at 7:50, at 8:40 I went and asked about my appointment and they informed me there was a 45 minute window. At 9:10 I went again and asked why I haven't been called, they informed that there could be up to a 2 hour wait for my appointment and that there were still 3 people in front of me. I didn't have the time worked into my day to sit around and wait. I was able to drive to Largo and be seen quicker as a walk-in at HCA.
