I'm not sure if this is the TMC Mgmt that manages apartments where I live. It's obvious to me that they don't really appreciate the tenants who are all elderly and perhaps might need to learn to be respectful towards us. We've had a stray cat issue since I moved in over 5yrs ago and we still have that issue....nothing is being done, and we've been told not to feed them or we'll be asked to move.
