I'm not sure if this is the TMC Mgmt that manages apartments where I live. It's obvious to me that they don't really appreciate the tenants who are all elderly and perhaps might need to learn to be respectful towards us. We've had a stray cat issue since I moved in over 5yrs ago and we still have that issue....nothing is being done, and we've been told not to feed them or we'll be asked to move. I've lived at Creekstone Apartments 6 years, and have had no issues. Nice, quiet place to live. Management resolves any issues I may have in a timely professional manner, and maintenance fixes any issues in a timely manner. Thank you for all you do.

They do not treat for bed bugs. They accuse you of bringing them in. Even when they were reported 2 years earlier by another tenant. They allow thieves to live right next door to you and do nothing about it. Even with Police reports made. Don't waste your time, money or effort. Love your parents more than this.

Horrible. They'll take your money and never call you back. My mom submitted an application for a property in Sept. of 2016. Weeks went buy and her application check was never cashed. We called repeatedly to verify if they had even received it, was she on a waiting list, anything at all to let us know they received it. Nothing. We called for 3 months (Oct - Dec) and never heard a word. We finally left 3 messsages stating cancel our application, we have moved my mother into an apt and have no interest in the property. 6 months... read more
