Everyone here is super friendly and helpful.
I was asked to pay upfront for my ultrasound even though I had my insurance card with me. And the procedure was totally covered by insurance. It took a great deal of time and calls to figure it out. I’m still waiting for my money back after months past since the procedure. With so many imaging places in the area, I definitely won’t be choosing this one again.

Very hard to schedule , don’t even get a call back
Had some testing done for stomach pains in December of 2020. Testing and billing was all handled on the same day and no issues arose. Fast forward to 6/13/21 I receive a collection notice from a collection agency for an arbitrary amount. Called my insurance who were also curious as to how an imaging service would jump straight to collections rather than send a notice first.
