I’ve been waiting for my results for more than a week. When I call to follow up, The reception initially told me the doctor would call to discuss them, but I still haven’t received a call. When I followed up, I was told I need to come in person and the waiting time is about 2 hours. Many clinics do call to discuss the results, apart from this odd one out.

Absolutely disgusted that my husband was denied service with an out of province health card. UNIVERSAL means universal. Stop being a money hungry when an ill patient shows up at your clinic

*** Listen everyone, I was a patient years ago, and I am not now. Yes, the wait time - Dr. Doad was always a bit late, but it wasn't the problem. The problem was - she refused to refer me to a specialist about my hair loss, and she misdiagnosed me twice, and prescribed me medicated cream which I didn't need, twice, and my bald spot expanded from the size of a quarter to the size of 2 loonies.
