Dr. Doad is a very kind and caring doctor. She always takes my concerns seriously and makes sure to refer me to specialists when needed. I have never had a bad experience with her. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Never had a bad experience with any of the receptionists either. They are nice and kind.
Dr. Doad is experienced and very nice. Her office is neat and the staff are polite and keeping smiling.
I’ve been waiting for my results for more than a week. When I call to follow up, The reception initially told me the doctor would call to discuss them, but I still haven’t received a call. When I followed up, I was told I need to come in person and the waiting time is about 2 hours. Many clinics do call to discuss the results, apart from this odd one out.
