Micheal is the GOAT of all landlords, he is exceptionally competent and communicative.
Manager Michael has been a great help to me throughout my move from Tx to ND. He has consistently replied in a timely manner, implemented solutions to any problems I have encountered with regards to the property, and overall made renting an east, stress-free experience. Ty, the handyman, has consistently addressed any work orders very quickly, and assisted in any manner that I have requested (as far as the property goes).
I was very happy living at a Tower Hill community! The property was well taken care of and clean, maintenance was always quick to respond, and management was super easy to work with. Communication was great! Felt safe and comfortable during my stay. Would definitely recommend to all!
Apartments are conveniently located downtown Bismarck, and are a nice place to stay. Washer and dryer in the unit definitely help and apts still very new!
Tower Hill Management has been fantastic to work with as a resident. My apt building is well-maintained, and it’s clear they take pride in creating a comfortable living environment. I highly recommend Tower Hill Management to anyone looking for a home in the Bis-Man area.
