Excellent professional service from Phil at Tower Heating.
Phil from Tower Heating was great - diagnosed the problem quickly and explained clearly how to repair. We’ve recently moved to a new home with lots of quirks but feel in safe hands with Tower Heating.
Phil came to service our boiler, on time, professional, very polite and carried out and finished the work and explained what he has done to me at the end and the results.
Phil Parkinson our engineer arrived on time, was very polite & friendly. Explained what he was going to do. He was respectful of our house & tidied up after he had serviced our boiler.
Keith arrived with a new engineer, Josh. They were friendly and professional. Keith explained that they needed to add an inhibitor. Keith provided a service completion certificate which I received by email shortly after they left. The boiler area was clean and tidy after their visit. Thank you, John.
