Excellent service provided
Ollie came out today as my boiler wasn’t producing heating or hot water. He was really thorough and checked everything. He explain the problem so I understood and even said he would speak to the landlord and explain. Although the problem could not be fixed her assured us he would get it sorted as soon as possible. Would 100% request him for further jobs.
Ollie went above and beyond. Great customer service.

Have known Tower since the mid 90’s when the landlord of the flat I lived in used them to fix the heating. 20 years ago they fitted a new Bosch boiler in our house which has been regularly maintained by them . All praise to their collective elbows and especially Ollie who completed.annual service this afternoon
