The practitioner need to be more any more sympathetic towards their patients needs.
The woman at the front desk is just hateful. She just kept complaining we was real busy all day and they only had 8 people before me which had already left hours before I got there and I got there at 1pm. An she was just rude. The doctor was nice. An the place is clean and nice. It is just that woman. She is just hateful. That job isn't the job for her.
Was there for 30 minutes and still was not registered. Ended up leaving . Like not even registered is insane
Please give your front desk a raise. I called and dang they sound depress as heck. Spread some positive vibes and workplace culture in there to cheer up the front desk folks. Be safe!
