Terrible experience. I posted something a while back and thought it was too negative so I deleted. But I can't stand it anymore. First of all the midwives don't seem to talk to each other or even agree on a treatment plan, they are snarky, zero comprehensive, patient centered care, is the opposite of what you think when you think of midwives. Tower Health billing is an absolute nightmare! They send bills up to 6 months prior to a visit. Not in chronological order. When you call to try to get information, no one can tell you anything other than "check your my tower health account" even though you already did that. And then once you've paid your bills, you'll continue to get bills weeks later saying that you still owe money. And when you call to figure that out- your told you still owe a balance until you insist that you don't and give them the date and amount of t... read more

The staff is great. But if you're experiencing a problem and try to schedule a visit you will be told they can't put you on the schedule unless you're a current patient with them (aka you've paid for a visit in the past 12months- nevermind having had 3 pregnancies through their office!). An issue easily fixed by at the same time scheduling an annual visit for a secondary date. lul And good luck with the Tower Health billing department and their haphazard practices. Expect the bills to come in randomly over the next 6 months.

I had the BEST experience with this office! I just had my 6 week postpartum appointment with Katrina and during the visit I admitted I will miss pregnancy for a number of reasons, but I feel that the staff here contributed to how great my pregnancy was. Everyone - from front desk, ultrasound, nurses, and the midwives were amazing. They are super friendly and have made me feel comfortable from day one. I saw Katrina for majority of my OB visits and she also delivered my baby and I have to say, every interaction I had with her... read more
