My doctor Dr. Ravetz is very nice. The thing with tower health is you have to wait FOREVER to be seen. Like months and months. Every time I call to make an appointment for something where I need to be seen sooner rather than later they always just tell me to go to urgent care.
Don’t waste your time. Get a different doctor.
I called to schedule a new patient appointment in February of 2024. They didn't have availability until August 2024 (6 months later) which wasn't a big deal for me, so I took the appointment. Two days before my appointment, they called and cancelled saying my doctor wouldn't be able to come in and I'll have to reschedule the appointment. The soonest availability they had was February 2025, 6 months from now. Having already waited 6 months, that means I'll have waited an entire year just to get in.
