The WORST PLACE EVER!! A MUST READ STORY!!!!! MUST READ ALARMING!! WENT TO GIVE URINE SAMPLE . .WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE RESTROOM AND USE A CUP FROM THE BASKET . I REACHED IN TO THE BASKET GOT A CUP ..SAT DOWN TO GIVE SAMPLE AND WHEN I OPENED THE CUP THERE WAS URINE RESIDUE THE SPILLED ON MY LEG GROSSSSSS.. I told the nurse and she gave a lot excuses ..when I left I checked to see if the basket was still there and it WAS ..filing a complaint with the board of health..
