I was just there today and I saw Dr. Shah. She was very nice and gentle. The exam was over quickly and other than a little pressure it wasn’t uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk was also very courteous and professional. The reason for the minus one star is that they still require masks. I will give a 5 star review if they stop requiring masks.
I was hopeful, but they are as bad as St Joe's. They tell you to get blood work but don't give you a list of labs, its their position that you need to call your insurance and figure it out. That's poor customer service. I've been in several different health groups in different states, no one does that. NO ONE. They either have a lab adjacent, give you a list of labs, or do the blood draw themselves and send it out. So don't go here unless you want to do their job for them.
