The communication at this office is incredibly - & I mean INCREDIBLY - poor. I will send a message through the portal & half of the time, it takes 2-3 days to hear back from anyone. The other half, they won’t even respond. I received an ultrasound on Tuesday & they didn’t get back to me with my results until Thursday afternoon, AFTER I sent a message expressing concern for my results. I'm leaving this review on behalf of my wife who will never be coming back here. Make sure you ask about possible costs. If the provider offers to do tests or anything along those lines, make sure if you have insurance that it will actually be covered or you know costs. Do not move forward with anything until you know unless you want to be charged unexpectedly. You will have to be your own patient advocate. Just like insurance companies, they do not care about you.
