I’ve been going to this doctor’s office since around 2020, and I love Maureen, my PA. She has taken the time to get to know me, which is important to me because I have a lot of anxiety about doctor’s visits and health issues. She understands my anxiety, and she treats me with care. I can tell that I’m not just a number to her. All of the staff there are extremely friendly and helpful. They really treat you like a friend. Although I don’t enjoy going to see the doctor, I know I’m at the best practice in Berks County.
New location but staff were very nice to me. Barbi was great with follow up. She did contact me the next day as primrosed. My new Dr. Ms. kunz seems nice.
Nurses and doctors are great I would have given 5 stars which they deserve ,if it wasn’t for the office manager . She was very condescending when I spoke to her about a problem I had she was quick to throw her staff under the bus . She assured me she would help then never got back to me and it’s already been 6 days . I’ve been going there for 25 yrs and never was I treated so poorly . A better office manager would gain you 5 stars without a doubt . I feel bad for all the great staff there .
The attention and care provided was excellent. Very happy with my choice.
