Used to have a good doctor with tower health before he left for reasons I have come to learn of through pain and suffering. Office does not share any information about anything through the portal, even though that is its entire reason for existing, leaving the "Reason why" area on notifications intentionally blank. Refuses to look at insurance formulary even if they ask you for it and you send it to them. Was my first time and it was a pleasure from the begining to the end. Loved Dr. Jupalli, and her staff. Great experinced, great treatment.
I highly recommend Doctor Susan Stitt. She truly takes the time to listen and provide thoughtful, thorough care. It genuinely feels like she cares about you as a person, not just a patient. Her front desk staff is just as wonderful, friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. They return calls quickly and make everything so easy. She is the best family doctor I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care.
