Used to have a good doctor with tower health before he left for reasons I have come to learn of through pain and suffering. Office does not share any information about anything through the portal, even though that is its entire reason for existing, leaving the "Reason why" area on notifications intentionally blank. Refuses to look at insurance formulary even if they ask you for it and you send it to them.
