Everyone at GATEWAY is wonderful from the reception team, to the PA’s, and especially Dr. Vonada who is awesome! She is personable and professional, supportive, and knowledgeable, Everyone there goes the extra mile! When I write questions on MY CHART they get back to me pronto! When I have an appointment there is very little wait time! I can’t say enough good about their services!!!
I left this appointment feeling dismissed and without any meaningful answers regarding my daughter's symptoms. My pediatrician referred us to this specialist due to ongoing feeding issues, reflux symptoms, formula intolerance concerns, eczema/rashes, and what my pediatrician identified as hives. Talked to triage nurse first - very good to the point and got me in same day!! Dr Valent took good care of me with plan for immediate X-ray and then onto MRI. Excellent appointment that helped a lot.
