I had such an amazing experience at Tower Health getting my blood drawn for a walk in appointment today. Mickey was the woman who helped me, and she was a breath of fresh air! I barely felt the prick in my arm, and she was so kind to my mother and I. I was having an issue with my insurance card, and she could have just told me to leave and come back another day, but instead, she went out of her way to make sure it went through correctly even though it took her an extra 10 minutes.
