I've been a patient for over a decade and although the practice has been consumed by Tower Health the staff remains the same. I've always found the doctors to be extremely knowledgeable, wise, compassionate and personable. I am grateful for their great care.

I have been going here for three years ever since I on expectedly have to move once my husband passed. Every time I go in I feel like I’m just being rushed along, like I’m an interruption. First I’m not ‘allowed’ to see the doctor I must see the PCA. Then if I’m prescribed any medicine that I need to consult back with the nurse; she never wants to call me back. My last two experiences have been terrible... Since the Tower Health takeover they have lost their prior level of "care". Both times they have completely ignored why I was there. First was a work related injury that they failed to record as such after telling them multiple times that it was a work related injury. And most recent I wanted a specific type of blood test.
