Yeah, never again. I have been emotional support to a loved one who is going through a confusing and complex health complication. They are attending a different medical group who is working with her through it. The experience here seemed as if they did not believe her, which is odd because some of the physical aspects of this complication cannot be made up or faked. Everyone has been Exceptionally wonderful in the several years I’ve been going there. Especially now.
I have been with Holly A DiMascio, PA-C since Dr. Eckerd retired and she is hands down the greatest. Very clear with her instructions and quick to reach when you have any questions/concerns. Easy to get an appointment with her too! Not to mention her staff… amazing!
I encourage you to find another practice. I have been here 2 years and have lost my Dr twice in that time. There for 4-5 months, then gone. Leading to the inability to get any medication, canceled appointments and the classic "who cares, just give us your insurance info" approach to patients from Tower Health administrators.
