Our old PCP we had to wait an hour in his waiting room and another hour in the exam room before being seen, plus his receptionist was beyond rude. We were referred to see DR Chamoun at Downingtown family practice. BEST doctor ever! She took her time with both myself and my husband, she called me while she was on vacation when she heard I was having issues. We are so saddened by Brandywine hospital closing and The closing of her practice. Office staff, nurses, MAs and Dr Chamoun will be soooo missed.
The reception desk is unprofessional... I called to let them know I was running late & because it was five minutes late had to reschedule which is 100% understandable... but I’m just going to change my doctor because trying to schedule an appointment with them isn’t worth the time that it takes. (3 weeks to a month later i finally got a reschedule)
Front desk Receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. No compassion for patients, instead i received eye rolls and smart remarks. Immediately changing doctors after several incidents with them. Never had an issue when it was Dr. Alwines practice.
The dr is wonderful but the answering service destroys any good thing they have going... Day late and a $1 short
