I asked to have my meds filled in person and it never happened. Rarely get a live person on the phone when you call. I was lenient in the 2 stars.
I have been seeing Dr. Bastidas for a few years now and She is a great doctor. She is a great listener and takes her time with you. However the past year every time I go to schedule an appointment, I can never get in on the time I need. I have a two year old and I need specific hours to be able to have someone care for him while I go to my appointment. I now will need to find a new doctor that has more availability because of this.
I have always had good experiences with this practice. Great staff and doctors.
