This is about my husband and his appointment with Eric Fabien CRNP we had a visit one week ago. He was waiting for lab results were in they came in latter that day where his lithium level was At 0.6 this is the 4 visit at this level. He has made one med adjustment and in doing it we had to get the director involved. This time we were both told that if his level was still low he would call letting us know he increased his meds. I seen Dr. Santoro for most of my time here and he was amazing and now I started seeing Dr. Radosh and he is also amazing. All of the staff here is compassionate, caring and friendly. I have never felt judged. I am on suboxone and was able to get down to 1 mg with the help of these doctors. Everyone here will go the extra mile. I was having issues getting my insurance to cover a medication at a whole different Dr. And they helped me sign a release and do what was needed to sort this issue out. They don't care about you here, you tell them you want to be done with the treatment & they call you over & over about trying to get you on Suboxone. Then when you need a normal prescription filled they claim they can't do it anymore, like they weren't just trying to prescribe you Suboxone 2 weeks ago.

I been going to Dr.santoro & the other doctors at addiction medicine for acouple years now. I can honestly say Dr.santoro saved my life multiple time's during my addiction! Since the time I started until now im heading towards the end of my treatment they ALWAYS were great, respectful & just a amazing practice of doctors who truly care!!! If I could give them a million star's I would! 5 isn't enough!
