I have been attending for six months. I had to reschedule one time, and they were very accommodating. Nikki is an awesome receptionist. The doctors are all very kind.
I have OI type 3 whose bone strengthening medicine has worn off. I also because of this cannot drive so I am dependent on others for transport. I often have to reschedule due to other peoples schedules or a broken bone but they and I continually get frustrated with one another. For example I currently have a broken rib and am picked up and placed in cars with a persons hands around said ribs. I asked for an extension b/c of this and it's not happening. I recently transferred to this facility after receiving care elsewhere for several years, and I was honestly shocked (in the best way) by the difference. Yeah this place has the absolute worst receptionist on the face of this earth.
This is about my husband and his appointment with Eric Fabien CRNP we had a visit one week ago. He was waiting for lab results were in they came in latter that day where his lithium level was At 0.6 this is the 4 visit at this level. He has made one med adjustment and in doing it we had to get the director involved. This time we were both told that if his level was still low he would call letting us know he increased his meds.
