I paid my loan off in March. I had to call to find out when I was receiving my title. One lady said it’s coming.. Weeks went by, no title. HANDS DOWN: This is the worse experience I have EVER (30+ years) had with a financial institution. There was an issue with every step of the way in dealing with them. Additionally, I HAD to contact them in order to get any type of update on my application process. They did a hard hit on my credit report 3+ times and took 4 months to process an application; due to their own delays and lack of follow-up. This institution should go out of business. Rude customer service. Completely racist. You will get no help in trying to resolve something with them. I am trying to make sure a loan gets paid in full but cannot get anywhere with these people. It seems they can tell your ethnicity and shut you out immediately.

This company is the WORST of ALLLLLLL companies I have used. They mailed me the booklet that has instruction on how to make payment, but when I tried it-- it doesn't work! When I called them about it I got "oh, our website has changed." Why did they mail the old instruction to me then? I saved SWBC on my phone, but whenever I tried to access to it, it'll say it's forbidden. I need to go through TFCU once again to find the web payment center which is NOT easy to find.
