This was my first visit to Dr. Joseph Romeo and Tower ENT. It was a very pleasant visit. The doctor and all his staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I Will be back! 😊
They provide really good customer service. The doctor is really attentive and professional. HOWEVER, I was disappointed to learn they do not provide translation services for their patients. The patients are required to bring someone to translate for them. This could cause a lot of miss communication as the people they are bringing is not medical people that would explain effectively what the Doctor is stating. This should be a priority! Dr. Romeo is the best! Utterly one of the most patient and understanding doctors we have had during our journey. My daughter has had multiple ear infections as a baby and now as a nine year old we are able to look back and have relief knowing that we had Joseph Romeo guide us in the right direction. Highly recommend can’t thank him enough.
