This was my first visit to Dr. Joseph Romeo and Tower ENT. It was a very pleasant visit. The doctor and all his staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I Will be back! 😊
Dr. Romero provided EXCELLENT care! He removed polyps from my sinuses and provided me with quality of life again. His demeanor was always kind and happy and listened to my questions/concerns without making me feel hurried. The front office staff were never rude, I was always seen within 5-10 min. upon arrival, and back office staff were very helpful and kind. If I could chose him as my primary doctor, I definitely would!
Worst ever receptionist and attitude. They are being out and don't care. Such a bummer that the doctor can't provide service and care.
