I strongly urge anyone considering Dr. Eric Dionne to think twice. My experience with him was not only disappointing — it was careless and costly. During my root canal, Dr. Dionne seemed completely distracted, constantly laughing and chatting with his assistants instead of focusing on the procedure. The treatment felt rushed and unprofessional from start to finish. No patient should have to go through what I did. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Dr. Dionne to anyone looking for quality, responsible dental care.
From the moment you walk into this fantastic dental facility it's nothing but friendliness, professionalism, and good medicine. Angela was pivotal in helping me be seen quickly, Rhonda, Lisa and Olivia were phenomenal for the pre-op and during the treatment, and Dr. Dionne is an all-star in his field! Truly couldn't recommend this facility enough to friends and family and the readers of this review!
'Ethical'. It's an expensive process using a specialist in Alberta. Going to an endendontist can be very worrying so, I need to know I'm in a good place. I give Dr. Dionne and his assistant 5 stars. They were very thorough, the imaging was excellent, they explained everything and answered all my questions really well. I would not recommend Dr. Dionne for endodontic procedures based on my personal experience. I had two root canals done by him, and unfortunately, both have failed. This has caused me significant pain, stress, and financial burden, as I have now spent over $10,000 on additional treatments and corrective work. I trusted that I was receiving quality care, but the results speak otherwise. It’s extremely disappointing to go through this twice and still be left with unresolved dental issues. This is such a friendly office! From reception to dental assistant to Dr Dionne, everyone was very friendly and took plenty of time to chat and let me know what was going on. Dr Dionne has a great sense of humor! As an anxious patient, it was actually a pleasure to go to the dentist!
