I had my root canal done here, and I was very anxious because I’m afraid of needles. Dr. Dione handled everything with such care that I barely felt the freezing needles at all. The whole procedure went smoothly. Lily was also very kind she even gave me a juice box to help calm my palpitations and stress ball for my anxiety.
Although nobody wants to get a root canal when you do have to get it done you should absolutely come here. The staff are excellent, kind and thorough at explaining every step of what’s going to happen before hand and give that same care throughout the procedure. I couldn’t be happier with the result and the minimal to almost non existent pain I felt during it and in recovery. 10/10 experience Tracey
Yesterday I had my root canal at Tower Endodontics. First of all, I would like to commend all the staff who work there, who make your visit so much easier. First of all Melanie on reception answers all your questions in a kind and patient way. Olivia, a dental assistant is also very kind. Lily, the other dental assistant explained what was happening during the procedure and it just made me feel more relaxed, knowing how things were progressing. I was so scared when I came there today but everything went well and smoothly. The team is amazing, the doctor is a highly qualified professional, they surrounded me with care and support. I was prescribed proper painkillers not to feel uncomfortable after the procedure. Strongly recommended. Thank you for your hard work!
