They have done much work at my home. The last installment was not functional after a year. Their repair lasted a week. Another electrician noted errors in the sequence of GFI outlets, causing lost power at times. Many calls for help were unanswered. Had one outage recently and another long time local electrical firm , new to me, was here in 20 minutes. I’ve probably paid Tower about $20,000 since 2010…no more.
