When your home has a lien for non payment and you sale your property; you will have to pay your outstanding bill before the it can close. Once you pay the final balance you will receive a lien release. It is your responsibility to take that lien to the court house. The business has already lost time and money over the unpaid invoice. There are always disgruntled customers in every business. It seems that when the customer is in the wrong, they cry the most. I would not take MJinSA review as truthful.

I had absolutely no problem with this company. They were prompt, clean, and affordable. I had several electrical problems in my old house and they were all resolved. I had no billing issues and the people I spoke with in the office were very nice. "like"

Crappy work and put a lien on my home they forgot to remove – Our addition was 8 years ago, and I am just now moving my office into the room we added on--it was a bedroom before the move. Every wall socket is loose, and some don't fit. A workman named Dave, short Hispanic guy, who I (and my mother, who worked with the same man at Tower 2 years later) found cocky and a poor listener, was very hard to work with, and in the end, did not do his job well leaving me to do the finishing work.
