I gave two stars only because the waiting time at the clinic is at least an hour. I've been going to this clinic for three years now, at least twice a year, and the wait has never been shorter than an hour. Why doesn't anyone value my time? Why do they require me to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment and then see me an hour later at best? Even if my appointment is scheduled for 7 a.m., and I'm actually the first in line, they still see me an hour later. This is getting really annoying.
They’re don’t answer the phone at all
