Ridiculous price of 60+TX for a Browns game to park that's still a mile away. Pro was that it was easy to get out of.
If your close, use Uber. Won't park here again.
We pre-paid for premium parking, but when we arrived at the garage, they had no premium parking left, so we had to park in the regular parking, which was considerably cheaper. They're unwilling to give me a refund for the difference in the price. The location is great. Customer service not so much.
