I initially had a good experience with this facility, location, and service. However, after encountering a problem, I was disappointed with their respond I asked them to fix my van’s sliding door. It took a long time, and when they told me it was done, the door still didn’t close completely. Right after I drove off, the door suddenly opened while I was driving.
