They charge for a large cup of ice water even if you are a paying customer buying another drink.
First and last time ordering a coffee. Ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato. Coffee was weak. Couldn't taste to Caramel. Overall coffee tasted like hot milk. Decided to order out of convince because I work in the tower. I like my coffee to taste like coffee. Make me curious if they get business because they are the only Coffee shop/Deli in the tower.
