Tower Bridge Auto staff are very good, accommodating, and friendly. They are thorough, they are willing to ask questions to "get to the bottom" of problem issues, and will attempt different "fixes" if problems arise. We appreciate that they are so easy to work with. The team at tower bridge auto took great care of me! I called a bunch of places to get my RV engine looked at for a ticking noise that was getting louder. After many saying no I took it to a dealer in Rocklin and they quoted me a crazy price! Called around some more and found Tower bridge auto. They got me in within a few days and had me on the road before my 2,500 mile roundtrip to Yellowstone started. I just got back and I'm happy that it still runs good and still no ticking sound. Highly recommend!!
What can I say? These guys are top mechanics and more. Brought in my 65 Impala SS disassembled! The guy who painted my car never installed everything back, like the glass windows, bumper, headlights, window regulators, etc. I waited for months for him to put everything back, but I got tired of waiting. Prior to that I waited almost 2 years. So I went online to search for a mechanic that could put my car back together and found Tower Bridge Auto. Ran into some car trouble on a Saturday while passing through with only a few options open in town. Found this shop with a Google search and spoke with the owner. He said he was fully booked and that he didn't have any availability but sympathized with my situation and then told me he would stay late to help me get back on the road. Long story short, I was back on the road same day and my family was able to sleep in our own beds that night. 5 out of 5 recommend.
If you need something fixed Tower is the place to go. I’ll definitely come back if I ever need repairs again. The staff was super friendly and knew exactly what they were doing and the prices were affordable And my car is running like it’s brand new
