Hello, I have an upcoming MRI appointment at your facility, but I experience severe anxiety and claustrophobia with traditional closed MRI machines. I would like to know if you have an open MRI available that I could use instead. amendment ## recently contacted your Havana branch regarding MRI services. I was informed that an open MRI is not available at this location. Could you please confirm if there is any nearby TGH facility that offers open MRI scans?
I’m sitting waiting for a friend to get done with a procedure and the lady (short hair Hispanic) at the front is rude. Seems like she discriminates to people of color. They are very pleasant to the Hispanics but rude to the black people. Her entire attitude is different. I had an appointment and taken timely. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
All the staff on Habana were friendly, but my mammogran tech, Calista, was wonderful! Due to my somewhat unique situation, she took extra time and care to get images that would be clear from various angles. I feel she went above and beyond. She was patient and instructive, and even though I felt my wait was long, it was totally worth it. I would easily return to this TGH imaging.
I show up for MRI of Neck and the tech refused to do my scan because he made up some rule that you have to take prednisone before the scan when the exam instructions just said no eat or drink three hours before . I’ve had dozens of MRI of neck and brain before and never was told I have to take a steroid before hand. Not to mention I’ve had previous scans at other TGH imaging and never was forced to take any sort of medications . Waited 20 mins to speak to incompetent office manager who still refused service .
