Tower Auto is hands-down the WORST place I’ve ever dealt with. I’m beyond angry — these people have no clue what they’re doing and zero respect for customers. They lied about the price, dragged the job out forever, and then handed my car back still broken. Are you kidding me?! Every time I called, I got attitude or some lame excuse. I got my finally got my truck back 2 months after I dropped it off. All I had done was a simple lift kit and bumper replacement. I went to go pick it up from the shop and it smelt horrible almost like the property was littered in poop. I don’t know if he has multiple animals at the shop or what but the stench leached into my cloth seats and the smell won’t go away. Do not recommend.
