Poor customer service. not recommended. Lack of communication
Poor after service . Not happy with the dealings. Poor communication.
Installed a Garage door through Tower Garage 1year ago. 6 months down the track Garage was making noise while operating which we notified Tower Garage straight away. I was told that this will be looked after as it was still in the warranty period. We called the team multiple times to organise a visit which never happened. 6 months later, now that it went past the 1 year time frame they deny to rectify the issue and now charging $250.
