Well worth the bumpy road. Moderate hike in the snow. Easy drive to the trailhead. So nice to get away from other people. Awesome experience
Awesome 7 mile off pavement road to get here and then you most likely will have the trail all to yourself!
This hike is harder than you think and definitely harder than Delicate. Worth it though.
One of the best of the ‘off the beaten path’ sections of Arches NP. There are two trailheads, one gives you quick access but the road requires high clearance. The other can be accessed by a simple dirt road passable by most normal vehicles. The longer hike from the easier parking area enables you to enjoy the whole area, it’s great everywhere back there.
Loved the drive in. A high clearance 4x4 is required to go all the way back. It is a fun easy 4x4 trail to the end loop where you can see the arch then a short scramble over to it. Makes for a great time!
