The tower apartments is a great place to live , and the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to complete any work orders, autumn is such an amazing property manager.
These people stole my application fee and didn't run the screening process. They said they would refund it but never did that was 3 months ago and still nothing. If they wanna go to court for $45 I have nothing but time.
It’s aight n all but neighbors kinda loud bathroom fan don’t work fire alarms are really sensitive. But if your able to make it roomy and clean about every week it can turn into a pretty nice place.
If you want an apartment that has mice and mold in the walls then move here. The staff is rude and nosy and the manager is horrible. We waited 8 months for a light to be fixed in our kitchen and it never was fixed. Management sent an warning they would tow cars that were in the wrong spot but never acted on it. As a result we had someone in our spot at least 2x a week. They charged us a crazy fee for a cut in the carpet when we moved out. ‼️DO NOT MOVE HERE‼️ This place is not worth it, do not rent for Preferred Property, they are just trying to take your money. They’re unfair and do not care about the residents. While we were staying here we noticed that there was mice in the walls and mold growing on every corner. (We were pretty sure that there was mold in the walls as well.) Look for other apartments.
