Already going a third call...trying to get old checks that were never cashed reissued. First call was ok, apparently they still had all my information because they were reading back to ME what they had. I was told someone would call me. Couple days go by, I call back and now I'm to I have to contact the state for unclaimed funds. Um, what? You just read me all my information few prior and they have no information because of the age of the checks & now I have to contact the state.
