Rude staff
Going off of Elina’s review below. the AC has been on and off since February. Units are being sold for less and rented for less than market rate because it’s uncertain as to when AC will be back. Tenants are buying their own portable AC units. Is it worth not having consistent and transparent access to AC or heat??? It’s a shame because the building could be great otherwise, but management has allowed things to fall to this level of disrepair.
