We told RallyTowels how important the size of our towels needed to be and were assured there would be no problem, and that they’d be the best quality material. It was a large order and we received an invoice that reflected the size and quality we wanted and felt satisfied using ACH for a discount instead of using a credit card. Then we received towels that were 20% larger then what was on their invoice, and cheap quality, certainly not the "High Quality, Heavy Velour" stated on the invoice. Placed an order based on the pricing on the website. Afterwards I was told that pricing is wrong and then told a higher price. When I asked if they can honor the posted pricing they just invoiced me with a higher price. No apology or anything that they couldn't honor it. I was still going to go ahead with the order. I tried calling the phone number to ask when the delivery date would be since I haven't gotten any email replies, but it's not in service. Very poor communication!

I ordered a large quantities of specific car wash towel from this company but they sent me a different kind with lower quality and charged my credit card even more than what they were suppose to. I made several phone calls, left messages, sent emails but unfortunately no response for several months.

I ordered these towels with short notice. After some confusion Jonas went out of his way to help me get my towels on time. Once I received them they were great.
