I took my car to get alternator fixed and it was good for about 2 months then i took it back and they “fixed” it again and i had some issues again ,the last time i took it they fixed a different issue and i knew the alternator was bad but i asked them so many times if the alternator was good they said yes , i went to pick up and they left the battery charging overnight and they told me after i paid, a couple hours later my battery died so i took it somewhere else to get alternator fixed, don’t recommend spent around 2k they ... read more
Do not do business with this man! You will not get a contract on what’s going on. They will give you verbal information. Come back and take it back and say no that’s not how this go. They will hold your car knowing you’re renting a car and then tell you you don’t get your car until you they get a payment when the payment was supposed to be one amount and then they change it and make it more. I was a bit disappointed that I had just gotten my car cleaned, and when I received it back, there was mud on the inside of my doors and the rugs. Someone had put too many miles on my car because I took a picture of the mileage before dropping it off. I had half a tank of gas, and when I received my vehicle and drove down the street, the low fuel light came on. When they changed the oil, they didn't put a mileage sticker on my SUV. WORST MECHANICS COMPANY EVER!!!
That take advantage, especially of Woman. Sold my junk car without notifying me, sold it less for worth....so they say. On top of that didn't have my Cash for the sale. Talking about he put it in the bank. Owner was aware of situation, still didn't make it right. This was over 3 weeks ago and still owe me...they asking for Trouble
Had my car serviced at Tow-Doc on Dort highway. The mechanic Ryan is Absolutely amazing. He scanned and found the problem and the price was Reasonable. Went back for other issues and SADLY HE NO LONGER WORK THERE. If anyone is reading this review and know exactly how to get in contact with Ryan please have him to contact me.
