On 7-2-2025 I took my car in with approximately 20,000 miles for an oil change, they told me my rear brake pads were at a 4 and needed to be replaced after doing there multi point inspection. On 7-22-2025 to Meineke to have them replaced and was told they were at a 6 and didn’t need to be replaced. On 11-19-2025 I took my car for an oil change at Findlay Kia and they told me my rear brake pads were at a 6. I called the Kia Corporate Customer Service and filed a complaint against Towbin Kia.
Wanted to take my car in to get an undercarriage protection piece replaced. I called to make an appointment and when I asked if they had the part, the service representative became very impatient and said that I needed to talk to the parts department and transferred me there. No one answered and they never returned my call. Why isn't the service rep checking? Why was it my job? Not to mention it took three visits for them to properly fix my A/C. 2½ hours for an Oil change, Filter Change, and tire rotation. Thinking of skipping the free car wash next time.
