While I was on a short vacation in Las Vegas I discovered I had some urgent repairs needed on my Fiat Abarth. Ernie, my service advisor showed me the video of the repairs I was in need of. The front disc brakes were almost metal to metal and both front axles had issues that could have rendered me broken down on the side of the road at any time. Highly recommend anyone considering getting a Fiat serviced to take it for a second opinion, as the dealership is not honest and pushes expensive, unnecessary, and misleading service recommendations. Vinny and his team looked at my Fiat in 2023 for two small straightforward issues. When I received the estimate from him, the two issues were itemized, as well as a dozen additional issues his team had apparently found, totaling thousands of dollars. Super nice personnel. Vinny was great. However, you bathroom needed attention badly. Both toilets were plugged and really gross.
