Most dissatisfied with their lack of workmanship. I got a towbar fitted so I could carry my bikes on a towbar bike rack. My bike rack kept on moving around when driving. This caused damage to the paint work on the back of my van. The bike rack itself also had to be replaced $750 which I paid for. On investigation the tow ball was very loose. I got my tow bar fitted by them and it turned into a literal nightmare because they did not do the fitting properly and because of that, rainwater was seeping into my SUV every time it rained. It was a bit of going back and forth between Hyundai and these guys but they did not want to take any responsibility on damages to the car ( it was almost like there was a flood inside near the foot space every time it rained). Thank you for fitting our tow bar. Great info, responsive, kept up to date, professional service, respectful of my new car. Ordered the bar and sorted in my brand new PHEV. very flexible. Absolutely recommend.
Had a bit of a hiccup with the relay that was installed for the tow bar on the Tesla, but Pedro went above and beyond on a Saturday to sort it for us before we went on holiday. Super easy to deal with. Thanks mate
