The repair man did not diagnose the issue. He literally took the back panel off snd stated my compressor was bad. He could not speak English which I was fine with if he did his job. Little did he know the compressor was just replaced snd the fridge was working fine. The freezer was freezing intermittently. I told him it was probably a thermostat and he insisted it was the compressor. I would of believed him if he at least faked it with some tools but he did not. Used previously with no issues. They cancelled my most recent appointment the night before and could not give me an explanation why over the phone. I asked to speak to the tech to get some specifics about the repair (based on my description) and was told that wasn’t possible. They refused to reschedule it. Completely unacceptable process. Will never call again.

I would give a zero if possible. I would figure that when you call an appliance company, that company would show up. But In this case an independent unknown contractor showed up. When I made the appointment, I described the issue with my dryer. Common issue. I tried to give them the model number over phone and was told that I didn’t have to because the tech would have parts with him. They showed up over an hour late. He took it a part and told me he had to come back since they do not carry parts. I searched the part. $35.00 ... read more
