Bait and switch pricing and terrible communication. Quoted $150, then raised it to $190. Promised a 9:00 AM tow, but when I called, they said I wasn’t scheduled at all. Then they demanded $190 again to send another truck. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Do not use this company.

I had to have my son's truck towed from his high school to the mechanic shop because it wouldn't start. I called and ordered the tow. They took my info, had good pricing, and let me know the driver would be calling me. The driver, Donald, called and he let me know he was en route. I me him at the high school and he was a nice man who wasted no time getting my boy's truck loaded on the flatbed. He towed it to the mechanic with no problem. The SUPER BAD SERVICE. ALBOSUTE SCAM. Don’t call this place even police is gonna call other ones. We managed service with them and ripped us off with $52.000. They said tell police we are on the way, we thought the bill is gonna be lower than $5k or so. The problem we had was just jackknife but they made it too complicated. The didn’t even provided with invoice and they just said the numbers. WORST SERVICE EVER.
