Would NOT recommend Tow Pro. We called at 3:07. They said they would pick up the vehicle within the hour and drop it off at the shop requested. The shop closes at 6, and we let them know and they reassured us that would be no problem. We called around 4:30 because the vehicle wasn’t picked up. They said “I’m looking out for you, it’ll be there by 6:00”. Called again at 5:20 because it STILL wasn’t picked up. They said oh don’t worry he’s right around the corner. Had a bad experience here my car was taken here after a accident my car was there for not even 2 hours and I was charged a whole eye for it also the front desk lady has no customer service she’s rude and as soon as I got to the window I was there for a few minutes until she made time to acknowledge me she also told me they didn’t speak Spanish like okay I speak perfectly English lady they were rude to my towing guy as well what kind of professional place is this I been to other towing and nothing like this if I could I would... read more
Needed 2 trailers stacked up, called up Tow Pro and got G on the phone. She was super friendly and got me a quote quickly. Showed up to meet Tim and Brad. They took care of me quickly and were very friendly and great operators. If you need a tow service in the area give them a chance. Overall great experience.
