My insurance company assigned this company to provide me a roadside assistance tow. After 1.5 hours of waiting, I called them and they said they were 60 minutes away. After 2.5 hours, and calls from me and my insurance company, they said they were 60 mins away. They never showed up and another tow company had to be called. Horrible service and company and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Fred Loya road side assistance used them to tow my truck, horrible experience. Every time I called they said it was just 30 min, I had to wait over 3hrs to get the guy to my location, when the driver finally arrived he was on some kind of drug, that's why he took so long. This company is trash, I will also call Fred loya and complaint about them, hopefully they dont use them again for their clients!
This is the WORST towing company I’ve ever heard of. If your insurance uses them call and ask for a new one immediately!
Delayed for over 5 hours, then canceled the service resulting in my vehicle getting towed away.
Jovan got my truck from point A to point B. He went above and beyond. Thanks again.
